Harvard University maintains the highest credit ratings from Moody's Investors Service and Standard & Poor's.

### Long Term Ratings:

- **S & P:** AAA

### Commercial Paper Ratings:

- **S & P:** A-1+

### Variable Rate Demand Bond Ratings:

- **Moody's:** Aaa/VMIG-1
- **S & P:** AAA/A-1+
