PCI Compliance 3.1 Boot Camp

Cash Management and HUIT IT Security are pleased to announce the schedule for the 2016 PCI Compliance 3.1 Boot Camp.  The purpose of the Boot Camp will be to provide all merchants an opportunity to learn the impact of the new (ish) standard.   Effective April 2015, the PCI Security Council updated the standard from 3.0 to 3.1.
 

eCommerce Storefronts –  Interested?

Preparing for PCI DSS 3.2

In December, the PCI Council extended the deadline for SSL/Early TLS migration and also announced it would publish a new version of the PCI Data Security Standard.  The council anticipates a Q2 release of PCI DSS 3.2. The planned changes are outlined in PCI DSS 3.2: What to Expect in 2016.

Apply Updates

Have you ever wondered why your computer, phone, and apps are always trying to download updates? Sometimes they trying to add new features and services, but many times the updates are sent out to fix a security problem.  You may not know it, but as soon as you get a message to apply an update- you are in a race against cyber criminals for control of your devices.
