TouchNet uStores is finally here!

In response to ongoing demand to provide a PCI Compliant ecommerce solution for schools and units, the Office of Treasury Management is very happy to announce the implementation of TouchNet uStores. With uStores, a department can develop a website, connect to a payment gateway, automatically post revenue to their GL account and minimize PCI Compliance.

Currently, if your department wants to accept payments for smaller volume events, periodicals, digital images, admission fees, you would either accept checks to be processed by Cash Receipts or accept credit cards using Certain Software.

Now, your department can open a uStore and accept echecks and credit cards! Contact otm_ecommerce@harvard.edu to request more information.

PCI Compliance 3.1 Boot Camp

Cash Management and HUIT IT Security are pleased to announce the schedule for the 2016 PCI Compliance 3.1 Boot Camp.  The purpose of the Boot Camp will be to provide all merchants an opportunity to learn the impact of the new (ish) standard.   Effective April 2015, the PCI Security Council updated the standard from 3.0 to 3.1.

ClientLine Upgrade

Effective January 31, 2023, when you log into Business Track for ClientLine reporting, you will now only be able to view ClientLine Enterprise (CLX), a replacement to the existing ClientLine reporting portal. You will no longer be able to access the legacy ClientLine system. The login for the new system remains the same at Merchant Login, as will your username and password. An email was sent out January 18th with instructions to generate a Monthly Merchant Statement. ClientLine instructions are available under Related Resources.

Merchant News: 4th Quarter FY21

PCI Compliance Recertification for all Harvard credit card merchants will be moved back to its original date of June 30, 2021.
 
Each merchant is required to complete annual PCI Compliance Training, provided on the Harvard Training Portal.  In addition, the PCI Compliance Working Group will once again provide a virtual walk-through of SAQ A, B, and P2PE.
 
Email correspondence detailing the process will be sent out by April 5th.
